Guarantee and Return Policy
At Susan Jablon Mosaics, we guarantee that what you recieve will be what you've ordered, and your shipment will be carefully packed in protective material and sturdy packaging. We strongly urge customers to Order Samples before placing larger orders, as variations in monitor resolution and internet browsers can make the appearance of the tiles on your screen quite different that how they look to you in your hand or on your wall. Installation of the product equals acceptance of the product.
There is a 20% restocking fee applied to all returns or exchanges. Only solid color tile is rethrnable. Blended material is not returnable, please see below. Please include proof-of-purchase and reason for return. Product must be in its original condition, with original packing materials, double-boxed (with ample filler) and shipped freight prepaid.You may make returns within fifteen (15) days of receipt for a refund, less shipping and handling charges. Product that is returned in damaged condition will not be eligible for refund.
Please check all material before installing it as no claim will be accepted after installation. Misalignment of some pieces on each sheet must be assumed as an intrinsic characteristic of this product and no claims will be honored for this reason. Please check your purchase prior to installation.
PLEASE NOTE: Return authorization numbers must accompany all returns. Please call 607.748.2302 weekdays for a return authorization number. Returns or delivery refusals without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund.
Custom blends are not returnable. A Custom blend is defined as anything hand made, including blend samples. If you have ordered a blend of any kind or quantity, this is being made specifically for you. We keep nothing in stock that is blended; whether it be samples or full sheets. Everything is specifically custom made for you order. If this is in any way not clear, please contact us prior to placing your order.
It is an industry standard to have 10% extra for tile overage. Dye lots are subject to change. If you need to place a reorder due to insufficient supply, you may receive a dye lot that does not match. We cannot assume responsibility for this event.
There are no exceptions to this policy.
