Susan Jablon Mosaics welcomes tile resellers, architects, designers and homebuilders to apply for a wholesale account with our business. You need to provide us with your appropriate documents as noted below and we will start selling tile directly to your business. You will receive a log in and password that will allow you to gain entry to the wholesale website. It looks exactly like the retail website, except the prices are adjusted for the reselling trade.

CREATING & ACCESSING YOUR BUSINESS WHOLESALE ACCOUNT If you haven’t already done this, it’s easy! Follow these 2 simple steps and you will be on your way to placing your wholesale orders online! CREATE A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT 1. Sign onto www.susanjablonmosaics.com. Choose the “Wholesale Customer” tab located on the top left of the home page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and complete the short form. 2.Email us a scan at wholesaledivision@susanjablonmosaics.com or fax us a copy (607-748-2303) of one of the following : Your company Resellers Certificate, Business License or Tax ID Number. You must be a tile reseller to gain access to our Wholesale Web site. Once we receive this we will turn on the wholesale side of the website and send you a welcome email with log-in instruction. ACCESSING CURRENT ACCOUNTS 1. Sign onto our website: www.susanjablonmosaics.com 2. Choose to ‘Log In” - Sign in as a Returning Customer using your email address and password. 3. Now, when viewing the entire site, including the Tile Designer and the Blend and Tile Catalogs, you will be viewing wholesale pricing as follows · All solid color tile pricing has wholesale pricing immediately available online. · Wholesale price adjustments for blends from the Tile Designer take place once you have entered them into the shopping cart. Wholesale sales are non returnable. All wholesale sales are final. If product is damaged or DOWNLOADABLE PDF’S Please always check the website for current pricing, we are not responsible for quotes based on old printed materials, the website is current and all prices must be quoted based on this source of information.
